Expecting Couple

Prenatal Visits

For birthing persons & partner

  • Two (2) 1-2 hour prenatal visits in the third trimester

  • Discuss birth preferences, concerns, fears, risks & benefits of common medical interventions

  • Develop strategies for working as a team

  • Practice laboring positions

  • Uses Spinning BabiesTM techniques

  • Set you up for postpartum 

Birth & Postpartum

For birthing persons & partner​

  • Provide emotional and physical support for the birthing person & partner during labor & birth

  • Be on-call two weeks leading up to your due date

  • Will remain with you throughout labor and birth

  • Full text/call support before labor

  • A postpartum visit

  • Add on more PP visits with PP package

Loss & Abortion

Bereavement Support

  • Provides emotional support through the transition from pregnancy, labor, delivery, and afterbirth; this might include 

    • Miscarriage 

    • Loss due diagnosis 

    • Still Birth

    • Abortion

  • Provides resources for birthing persons & partner

  • There is no time limit on when I stop supporting; it is continuous as long as you need me
