ABOUT ME

Britta Patterson

Before embarking on my journey as a birth worker and mother, I dedicated over 15 years to child development and earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Walden University.

The arrival of my daughter in March 2023 was transformative. With the support of a wonderful doula, I successfully navigated an unmedicated induction and gained valuable tools to slow down and meet my goals. Her guidance inspired me to pursue a career as a birth worker, where I can passionately support birthing individuals and their partners through pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and loss.

For the past year and a half, I served as a co-manager at the Circle Family Center in Aptos, but I've decided to focus on a full-time role as a doula. However, I continue to lead Infant Enrichment classes for families with children aged 0-6 months. Please click the link below to learn more about The Circle Family Center and the resources, classes, and community they offer.

I look forward to meeting you!
